    - 10 Frame Langstroth

    - Stack:  Medium,Medium,Medium,Medium, 1.5" feeding shim

    - Winterization:

         Cozy with reflectix covering the top so no snow gets in.

         upper entrance : 1/2"x3/8" with a wind block

         lower entrance : 1/2 oval - 1" x3/8" - on east side

         hive stand base wrapped with Reflectix

Notes:

- 10/20/24 : put in sensors
  - found queen cell - box2 slot 5
  - lots of capped honey
  -10/21/24   : OA Vapor treatment - due to high mite count even though there was brood

- 11/8/24 @ ~ 1:30pm : wrapped bottom of stand with reflectix, changed to winter entrance reducer

-11/25/24 @ ~1:30 pm:   winterized colony, did OA dribble treatment.

               **Moved a couple sensors around so the mapping below has changed.

12/5/2024:  3 - 4" snow; brush snow off colonies @ 10:30

12/7/2024:  3 - 4" of snow over night

12/8/2024: ~ 10am removed ratchet straps - brushed snow off of colonies

12/10/24 : ~7:45am - brushed ~ 3" snow off colony

12/11/2024 very rainy day starting at 33F --> 50+F

12/17/24:  lunch time - bees flying - using  top entrance

12/27/2024 - 2pm-ish  added 2 sensors from N2 - one in middle of box 4 & 1 in SE corner

1/12/2025 - mid day - cleaned bees from bottom board - maybe had 1 c.. Most were near lower entrance

1/14/25 - 8am  - added 1lb sugar brick front/east;  Could hear bees but not see them.
